Originally from California, Biskup was raised on Disneyland, Ratfink, badly dubbed Japanese Sci-Fi movies, punk rock, skateboarding, and underground comics.  In the mid-eighties he attended the Otis/Parsons school in L.A. but quickly dropped out and turned to the illicit world of illustration. He had brief stints with several skateboard companies and record labels, including his heroes, THE RESIDENT'S Ralph Records label. But it was his obessession with the art of Mary Blair that led him to consider a career in animation. This career has involved him in countless cartoons, including his own short "Freddy Seymore's Amazing Life" for Nickelodeon and he is currently Background Supervisor for Cartoon Network's "Time Squad."  It is the culmination of these activities and influences that have shaped his work.

In 1998, Biskup began hosting and curating the Burning Brush auctions. He has been included in various art shows, including 2001's "Truth Show" in which his art is featured on the catalog cover. He was recently included in House Industries "Planet of the Apes" issue and has an upcoming show at the Copro/Nason Gallery. Biskup has also launched a line of tee shirts and gift items under the GAMA-GO label.
