Phil Noto was born in 1971 and grew up in front of a television in Florida. He studied illustration at Ringling School of Art and Design before beginning a 10 year-and-counting career at Walt Disney Feature Animation Florida, where he is currently a Key Clean Up Artist. Phil is also the cover artist for DC Comics' Birds of Prey, for which he was nominated for a Harvey Award . He is currently working on a 3-issue painted mini-series titled Beautiful Killer which will be out this summer. You can see more of his work at www.notoart.com .
