Jeff Soto is a Southern California based artist/illustrator. Much of his current work deals with manıs implementation and exploitation of nature, though he continues to explore new content. For his pieces, he often uses a combination of painting, drawing, collage, graffiti and installation. Jeff's artwork has been in several shows: "Potato Stamp Dreams" (solo show) and "Paintaholics" at New Image Art in Los Angeles, "Uncommercial Art by Commercial Artists" at La Luz de Jesus in Los Angeles, ³Bulls Eye² at Tin Man Alley in Pennsylvania, ³LAıs Fab Five² at Culture Cache in San Francisco and many others. His illustrations have appeared in a broad spectrum of magazines including Entertainment Weekly, Skratch, Flashbacks, and Reality Check. His art has also won awards at both Los Angeles and New York chapters of the Society of Illustrators. He graduated with Distinction from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, California. |
