When Bill Wray was growing up reading comic books, watching cartoons and collecting Monster Gum cards, he had no idea he was building the foundation of his future career.

* Trained by a retired Disney artist when he was a teen, Bill worked in both animation at H&B, Filmation and Disney and producing a some independent animated titles for cable and commercials.

* And comic books (Marvel, Star Wars) (Pacific Comics, Twisted Tales) till his mid-twenties.

* Moving to New York In the eighties, he studied traditional drawing and painting at the Art Students League.

* Doing comic books (mostly for DC) and Advertising Illustration to support himself.

* Bill returned to LA in the early nineties to art direct the Ren and Stimpy show, establishing the background look to the show and eventually writing, storyboarding and directing on the show.

* He went on to Art Direct and design toys on the Space Jam movie,

* Write and Draw His own comics for Dark Horse (Big Blow Baby, Hellboy Jr.,)

* Bill has written on the Space Goofs show (with Jim Gomez) and the new Woody Woodpecker show.

* Last year he created a Pilot for Cartoon Network (King Crab)

* And has a regular strip in Mad Magazine (Monroe.)

* Recently Bill was honing his comedy writing skills under the tutelage of Danny Simon (Neilšs Brother,)

* Currently he freelances for Cartoon Network and has formed a company with Jim Gomez and Bill West to createate new and revamp old animation propteries for TV and the internet.
